Equestrian

Nestled among the tranquility of the cotton fields of South Carolina, New Bridge Polo & Country Club provides space and inspiration for creating an extensive, well crafted horse facility.

At New Bridge you can find one of the finest polo facilities anywhere, five meticulously groomed and irrigated polo fields, two stick and ball areas, two training tracks and horse friendly soft surface roads ideal for leisurely trail rides or vigorous training.

With polo as the focal point, the New Bridge Polo and Country Club, welcomes members from all equestrian disciplines. During the winter we welcome the eventers that come to the area to participate in different competitions and have chosen New Bridge to stay, year after year.

In close proximity to the club, horse owners can find additional facilities and competition venues for eventing, carriage driving, polo, steeplechasing and hunter/jumper pursuits. Aiken is also a famous hunting town, harness racing and racehorse training center as well as home to a 2000-acre horse playground - the Hitchcock Woods. This woodland area of riding trails and brush fences is situated in the heart of Aiken and held by the Hitchcock Foundation in perpetuity for the enjoyment of the town's horse owners.

New Bridge Polo successfully combines the modern concept of equestrian communities with traditional southern hospitality.
